Know Who Is on Site, Without Standing at the Gate

Print a one-page poster with a QR code and put it at the gate. A worker scans it with their phone camera, installs the foxlogik app if needed, and creates an account on the spot. Nothing to hand out and no list to key in.

Once approved, the app signs the worker in when they arrive at the site and out when they leave, even with the app closed. If a phone can’t do it automatically, scanning the poster checks them in or out in seconds.

Each request reaches your approvers as soon as it is made. They link the worker to the right person, check that required documents are in place, and approve or decline. A worker with a missing or expired document is not signed in, and your team is told why.

Phones never replace cards. Phone check-ins appear in the same attendance records as card swipes, and when a card started someone’s attendance, the card stays in charge. Run both on the same site without double entries.

Where a gate needs a fixed point of entry, the Foxlogik Access reader runs on a tablet at the gate, so crews have somewhere to sign in that is not their own phone.

Workers agree to the privacy and location terms when they sign up, and you confirm you have told your workers before the site goes live. Location is used only for sites a worker has joined, one tap withdraws consent, and stored positions are cleared after 90 days.

One setup screen: mark the site on a map, choose the check-in area, name your approvers, and print the poster. Lost or photographed poster? Replace it and the old one stops working.
